Flap Management - Periosteal Release and Suturing
STEP 3:
Implant Placement with simultaneous GBR
Course Objectives
A step by step protocol will be reviewed for treatment planning and execution which will cover flap design, grafting methods and materials, stabilization of the graft material and finally closure of the site to ensure treatment success. Case examples will be utilized to further demonstrate these concepts and fundamentals.
About the Instructor
Dr. Azeem Sheikh DDS
Dr. Azeem Sheikh, a distinguished alumnus of the University of Western Ontario (2003), completed his Implant Training at the University of Toronto in 2005. He runs a referral-based GP private practice in Brampton, Ontario, specializing in Immediate Implant surgery. Dr. Sheikh is a renowned course lecturer and educator on topics such as Implant Therapy, Case Acceptance, and Business, having placed over 6000 immediate implants, including anterior, molar, and full-arch implants. He serves as the Course Director and Clinical Instructor for the Hiossen Basic Implant Training Program and is the founder of the Ontario Dental Implant Network, which provides live surgery mentorship and programs to over 120 dentists.
